Elamir Partners was founded by Hoda Elamir, a licensed New York and New Jersey attorney and business development executive.

Before founding Elamir Partners, Hoda practiced both in big law and at boutique firms. She also spent years working as a business development executive at leading international law firms.

Those experiences revealed something important.

Many marketing agencies understand marketing.

Very few understand law firms.

Law firms operate differently than most businesses. They face unique competitive pressures, rely heavily on reputation and trust, and make growth decisions differently than companies in other industries.

Having worked both as an attorney and as a business development professional, Hoda developed a firsthand understanding of how successful firms attract clients, build market presence, and grow sustainably.
